＂Digital Creation of New Entities＂
Beijing, January 24 (Reporter Wang Zhen) Recently, the editorial department of the economy and people’s livelihood, the Institute of Finance and EconomicsThe blue book "Digital Manufacturing New Entities – Case Study of Digital Technology Empowering the Real Economy (2023) " prepared by the research center was officially released. The blue book pointed out that the top-level design of the current digital-real integration development in our country is constantly improving, and the digital foundation is underpinned; industrial practices are more pragmatic, and digital scenarios are increasingly enriched; new quality productivity is accelerating, and innovation momentum continues to be released.
In 2021, the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Vision Goals for 2035 proposed to create new advantages and give full play toAnd enrich the advantages of application scenarios, promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy, and empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional industriesNew business models and new models have strengthened the new engine of economic development. Since then, the "integration of data and reality" has been written into many important central policy documents and re-emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
In order to promote the deep integration with the real economy and accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, in April 2022, the research of "Digital New Entity – Digital Technology Empowering the Real Economy" collected more than 200 practical cases from more than 70 enterprises, and 14 practical cases with typical and advanced industry were written into the Blue Book.
In 2023, People’s Daily Online once again launched the research on "Digital Manufacturing New Entities – Digital Technology Empowering the Real Economy", closely combining the latest requirements of the central government to "strengthen scientific and technological innovation and build a modern industrial system", with digital technology as the arrow and the development of the real economy as the target, focusing on collecting and displaying digital and real integration in "accelerating the high-end, intelligent and green upgrading of traditional industries", "cultivating and expanding strategic emerging industries", "developing the digital economy and modern service industry", "opening up new fields, new tracks, and cultivating new competitive advantages". Typical cases of innovation, representation and reference significance.
The project was received from the Development Research Center of the State Council, the Institute of Industry of the National Development and Reform Commission, the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, the China Federation of Industrial Economics, the China National Innovation and Development Strategy Research Association, the China Institute of Electronics Policy Research and International Cooperation Center, the Institute of Software, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Consulting, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, ChinaExperts and scholars from the Internet Research Institute, China Institute of Information and Communications, Tsinghua University Internet Governance Research Center, China Internet Economy Research Institute of Central University of Finance and Economics, and School of Mechanical Engineering of Zhejiang University have strongly supported it.
As of July 31, 2023, the research team had collected nearly 300 practical cases from more than 200 companies, showcasing them in a concentrated manner,,,,And other digital technologies are available online.Digital Village, Financial Technology, Generative,After more than 20 industrial directions of innovative applications, we will further expand the industry coverage and case typicality of the case library. After expert group discussion and selection, 16 cases from Xugong Mining Machinery, CNNC Wuhan, Alibaba Cloud, and Jiaotong Bank Jinke were finally selected for this year’s Blue Book.
