Sailis Automotive Smart Factory： Polishing the ＂Made in Chongqing＂ sign with intelligent manufacturing and green environmental protection

Recently, the much-watched "Chongqing made" medium and large SUV asked the new M7, and the single-month order after listing exceeded 60,000 units. On October 24th, Sailis Automotive Smart Factory ushered in an open day activity to explore the whole process behind the birth of high-sales cars.

The Sailis Automotive Smart Factory is located in Shapingba District and will start construction in 2020 with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. As a smart factory built in accordance with "Made in China 2025" and Internet of Things standards, with an intelligent collaborative system "digital brain", it includes four major processes of vehicle manufacturing and some parts production areas. It has intelligent, digital and flexible characteristics and can be used to produce mid-to-high-end intelligent networked vehicles.

Sailis Automotive Smart Factory, as the production site of Wenjie New M7, has a full-process workshop for stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. Entering the factory, highly automated production lines, robots and workers work together, and every detail shows the craftsmanship and rigor of intelligent manufacturing. It is also from here that the whole process of vehicle production is completed and high-quality delivery is delivered to consumers.

According to the introduction, among the four major process workshops, the stamping workshop adopts the world’s advanced automated production line. The welding workshop is equipped with 344 robots, which realizes 100% automated welding and gluing. The painting workshop adopts the world’s leading environmentally friendly materials and automated spraying technology, which ensures the high quality and high efficiency of the body painting. The final assembly workshop integrates a variety of advanced technologies, from the interior to the chassis to the final assembly, to achieve efficient and high-precision production.

In terms of quality control management, Cyrus Automotive Smart Factory has adopted a strict testing system, adhering to "one car, one physical examination", achieving 100% automated testing of each component, "one in, one out", and OurHours full inspection. As a local new energy automobile enterprise in Chongqing, Cyrus Automotive Smart Factory has also adopted a variety of energy-saving and environmental protection measures, as well as renewable resources and recycling technologies, to achieve zero emissions and zero pollution, ensuring that green environmental protection process standards can be truly met.
